Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and bankruptcies.Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to expand the firm's client base.Provide expert advice and support to clients, guiding them through complex insolvency processes.Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Collaborate with senior management to drive the firm's strategic goals and objectives.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in insolvency and restructuring.Requirements:ACA, ACCA, JIEB, or equivalent professional qualification.Extensive experience in insolvency and restructuring, with a proven track record of managing complex cases.Strong business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth
