Grant Thornton’s Agile Talent Community is a network of contract professionals, giving you the opportunity to work with our clients alongside Grant Thornton teams on a project-by-project basis whilst being supported by our dedicated Agile Talent team. You can choose to work with Grant Thornton as an Independent Consultant either through your own limited company or on inside IR35 terms.
Joining us in Transformation Consulting
The Transformation Consulting practice is a specialist business unit within Business Consulting service line focused on providing advice and support to clients on the design, planning, implementation, or assessment of the requirements to enable successful delivery of change.
Joining the Agile Talent Community as an interim Change management Practitioner working for Grant Thornton, you should be willing to lead the specific change and be responsible for the development and implementation of the change management strategy for one or more clients at a time. You will be supporting the Transformation/People Consulting Directors and wider leadership team in achievement of our strategy and wider ambitions and plans for growth. You will have the freedom to work on projects that you choose whether full or part-time and support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments.
Skills we are looking for
- Proven experience as a Change management practitioner/specialist who has successfully delivered large-scale projects/programmes such as Business transformation or Digital, Operational, PMO, People & Cultural or Deals, etc.
- Experience in providing a strategic approach to change, develop frameworks, lead on change related activities, impact assessments, implementation, delivery, and communications.
- Well-versed with change-related processes and methodologies
- Working knowledge and experience across multiple sectors and industries.
- Programme management experience with excellent communication, organizational problem solving and analytical skills.
- Capable of managing communications, running briefing sessions and engagement at all levels from C-Suite and project sponsorship, through to fellow team members and stakeholders.
- Accredited Change management qualifications are desired.
- Ability to take initiative and self-manage, with a 'can do’ attitude, ability to cope with tight deadlines and work under pressure.
