An international law firm is seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to lead a newly formed team, ensuring that new technologies and processes are efficiently adopted firm-wide. This firm operates in over 30 countries and has built a reputation for innovation, turning technology, insight, and talent into ground-breaking solutions. Key Responsibilities of Pricing Analyst
- Support Pricing Manager with fee arrangements, RFPs, presentations, and internal/external client meetings.
- Model fee structures, prepare budgets, and review pricing reports.
- Manage rate processes and assist with applying and implementing Rate Sets.
- Offer training and coaching on in-house pricing tool and help develop matter budgets for partners and fee earners.
- Support the process of rate reviews and rate-setting on an annual basis and profitability analysis allowing key decisions to be taken by senior management.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Finance teams to enhance client profitability through pricing adjustments.
Required Skills of Pricing Analyst
- Experience in pricing would be advantageous but someone looking for their first step into pricing from a revenue control or financial analysis position would be warmly welcomed
- An understanding of a professional services business model (consulting, engineering, legal, architects)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros) is important and any experience or interest in Power BI would be useful.
- Strong attention to detail, numerate, proactive, and confident in influencing decision-makers.
