- Running discovery, conducting gap analysis on requirements, writing up user stories and process mapping
- Solution design of requirements
- Hands-on configuration and build - Out-of-the-box functionality but also some tech dev such as Lightning Web Components, Aura and integration (you don’t need to be a highly technical developer but should have some hands-on Apex skills and be willing to get stuck in)
- Liaising with stakeholders, producing status reports, managing risk and issues and managing project budgets
