- Taking the lead in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions, (particularly in Discovery)
- Being the engagement lead by collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gain insight into their business requirements and translating those into effective technical solutions.
- Managing the integration of ServiceNow ITOM modules with other enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and streamline processes.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
- Working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM to drive continuous improvement.
- Extensive proven experience as a Lead Technical Consultant, with a strong emphasis on ITSM and ITOM, especially in Discovery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules: HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Application Portfolio Management (APM) are a bonus, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, spending 2 days per week in the office in London.
