We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Project Managers, ideally with a background in Business Analysis (BA) or experience in the BA domain. This hybrid role requires expertise in MIFID or MIFIR regulations, as well as a strong focus on risk and control enhancements across a range of asset classes.Key Responsibilities:- Enhance risk and control measures to ensure compliance with MIFID and MIFIR regulations.- Manage end-to-end project life cycles, delivering on time and within scope while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify remediation needs and develop actionable plans.- Work independently, demonstrating the ability to drive projects without extensive oversight or hand-holding.- Adapt to varying project demands and be flexible in roles, balancing BA and PM responsibilities depending on the project phase and requirements.- Develop in-depth understanding of MIFID and MIFIR for effective project execution and support.Qualifications:- Significant experience in project management with a focus on MIFID/MIFIR regulations.- Strong background in risk and control processes.- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in managing projects.- Comfort with a range of asset classes and an understanding of market dynamics.- Previous experience in a hybrid BA/PM role - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.If you are interested please apply with your most up-to-date CV.
