  • Experience of designing and/or implementing monitoring and evaluation systems, processes and tools at the programme and/or strategy level.
  • Highly developed analytical skills with experience of gathering, synthesising and interpreting information from multiple primary and secondary evidence sources.
  • Effective interpersonal skills (including networking and negotiation) with the ability to build effective working relationships, communicating confidently, tactfully and diplomatically with people at all levels, both within the organisation and externally.
  • An understanding of stakeholder needs and ability to see the bigger picture to identify evidence needs/gaps and to deliver effective M&E tools and processes to meet these needs.
