Through organic growth, customer recommendations and referrals, and staff development, they have tripled the size of the company in that period, and they are now poised for further expansion in the upcoming year. They deal with more complicated and fascinating cases because they provide their clients—many of whom are high-net-worth individuals—with genuinely holistic financial planning advice and guidance. They are currently seeking an experienced Paraplanning Manager to join their close-knit Senior Management Team and oversee the paraplanning function because of a recent internal promotion.

Our client is a leading Chartered Wealth Management firm, who we have worked closely with for nearly ten years. In that time, they have trebled the size of the business through organic growth, client referrals and recommendations and staff development, they are now set for more growth next year. They offer truly holistic financial planning advice and guidance to their clients, many of which fall into the high-net-worth category, so they deal with more complex and interesting cases. As a result of a recent internal promotion, they are now looking for an experienced Paraplanning Manager to join their close-knit Senior Management Team, to take responsibility for the paraplanning function.

The team includes a wide range of talents; thus, you will need to be extremely technically proficient for this pure management position. This includes career chartered paraplanners with extensive experience, those who have just been promoted into their first paraplanning post, and those who are working in a hybrid capacity as they transition into adviser roles while still having certain paraplanning duties. The position will encompass all facets of personnel management, including hiring, evaluating, reviewing, developing, and implementing training and skill-building programs, and establishing personal development plans for each employee.
