They are currently seeking an experienced Paraplanning Manager to join their close-knit Senior Management Team and oversee the paraplanning function because of a recent internal promotion.

The team includes a wide range of talents; thus, you will need to be extremely technically proficient for this pure management position. This includes career chartered paraplanners with extensive experience, those who have just been promoted into their first paraplanning post, and those who are working in a hybrid capacity as they transition into adviser roles while still having certain paraplanning duties. The position will encompass all facets of personnel management, including hiring, evaluating, reviewing, developing, and implementing training and skill-building programs, and establishing personal development plans for each employee.
