Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Trainee Paraplanners, overseeing daily workflow and providing hands-on training and support.
- Coaching & Development: Foster an environment of growth by coaching and mentoring individuals to reach their full potential, ensuring high-quality paraplanning standards are maintained.
- Building a Training Framework: Develop and implement a structured training plan that offers a clear career pathway for paraplanners, enabling them to progress within the business.
- Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with senior management to drive change, support wider business initiatives, and contribute to recruitment efforts.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You’re a Level 4 Diploma-qualified Paraplanner with strong technical skills and leadership experience.
- You have a proven track record in managing or mentoring paraplanners, with a passion for developing talent.
- You possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
