A prominent London-based fintech firm, recognised as a leader in the industry, is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Paraplanner & Team Lead.

Position Overview:

As a Chartered Paraplanner & Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level support to Chartered Financial Planners within the organisation. Additionally, you will have the exciting responsibility coaching and mentoring a large number of more junior members of staff as well as presenting and training staff regarding potential upcoming FCA rule changes

Key Responsibilities:

Offer comprehensive support to Chartered Financial Planners in delivering exceptional financial services to clients.

Lead and mentor a team of Junior Paraplanners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Oversee the workflow of the technical team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance team productivity.

Stay abreast of industry regulations and changes, incorporating best practices into daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Ideally Chartered or working towards.

Proven experience in a Paraplanning role within the financial services sector, ideally 5+ years working in a technical capacity

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Thorough knowledge of financial planning regulations and compliance requirements.
