Are you passionate about driving business growth in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pitches and Proposals Manager to join our client's global business development team in a leading international law firm.

Working in partnership with key stakeholders in the firm's London office as well as international colleagues, this role focuses on helping the firm win profitable new business and retain existing clients through competitive pitch opportunities and proposals as well as maintenance of key pitch materials and precedents.

The Pitches and Proposals Manager is part of a global team responsible for managing the full life cycle of pitch and proposal opportunities including feedback and reporting, working across practice groups and offices for the benefit of the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

This is an exciting time to join the team. The firm’s continued growth and success is leading to increased investment in both Energy and Infrastructure sectors and the building out of a wider Global Pitches and Proposals team within the Global Business Development and Communications function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Pitch and Proposal Processes: Oversee the full life cycle of pitch and proposal opportunities from conception through to submission, feedback, and reporting.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in the firm’s London office, as well as international colleagues, to drive business through competitive pitches and proposals.
  • Strategic Growth: Play a crucial role in helping the firm win new business and retain existing clients, ensuring proposals are competitive and compelling.
  • Content Management: Maintain and enhance key pitch materials and precedents, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and impactful.
  • Sector Focus: Collaborate across practice groups with a special focus on supporting the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar pitches and proposals role, preferably within a legal, consulting, or professional services environment, (At least 6 years).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across international teams.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering winning proposals.
