Business Change - Investor Ready

My client in the Insurance Industry are searching for a PMO Analyst and a PMO Manager to work on a 6 month initial contract with the overall project looking to extend to 2 years. They are looking for a candidate with experience of working on a group wide programme with Multiple workstreams. My client are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support a large-scale, company-wide programme. The role will focus on maintaining governance structures, tracking programme progress, and ensuring data accuracy. The PMO Analyst will work closely with Programme Managers and workstream leads to ensure efficient project tracking and reporting.

Key Skills

  • Experience of working on non IT Business Change projects
  • Working across a multitude of Business Change projects ranging from HR - Finance - Operational Design
  • The key element of this role is to be working on getting the client investor ready. Anybody with this experience will be highly sought after.
  • Looking for a PMO that is embedded into a Programme of work rather than portfolio based
  • Experience working in a PMO or project support role within a complex programme environment.
  • Experience of working across multiple workstreams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Monday.com or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting broader programme objectives.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
