PMO Analyst

6 Month Contract

Hybrid

Our retail client is looking for a PMO Analyst to join them on a contract basis. You will be supporting on a project that is aiming to improve their stock management capabilities to ensure product availability is in line with customer demand.

As part of this project, you will be supporting the completion of a Demand Forecasting model roll-out to commercial teams and enhancing the model's capability.

Accountabilities:

  • The rollout of the Demand Forecasting Data-Driven Sales Forecast rollout (planned for 2025)
  • Shaping of enhanced model capabilities in Q1 2025.
  • Management of outcome sprints, including development of methods alongside other 360 Availability squads
  • Management of project controls related to the above including risks, issues, dependencies, finances, stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide regular status reporting and alignment with other Stock Management work streams.

Experience:

  • Experience in business change projects that have had a technical or data element
  • Stakeholder management
  • Inventory management/Demand planning (advantageous)
  • Retail (advantageous)
