Are you an experience PMO Analyst? If so I have an exciting opportunity with a key player in the Financial Services industry.

The role is hybrid with 2x days a week on site in their London office. The salary for the role is up to £70K.

We are looking to bring someone in who can advise and support Project Managers to shape more formal planning for their projects including monthly and quarterly cadence; looking at cross dependencies etc. You must have a large transformation background ie PMO/Planning specifically on complex projects and must be an MS Project expert.

Required experience

  • Expert / advanced knowledge of MS Project for production of roadmaps, integration of plans and creation of milestone views.
  • Experience of working as a Planner on at portfolio and project / programme level.
  • Prince2 or APM qualified, or a minimum two years’ equivalent experience working within a Portfolio Management Office
  • A sound understanding of Change methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
  • Experience of project management tools and techniques
  • A proven ability to implement and continuously improve change processes
  • Proficient in data analysis to identify root causes of business problems and to propose appropriate solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities to ensure that stakeholder requirements are met
