The client are a global luxury retail group that are based in the West End. They are building a growing out the Pricing team and are looking for a new Pricing Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. There will be a wealth of growth in the role and the successful candidate will have the chance to potentially move into a managerial position in the future.

The client are a global luxury retail manufacturer that partner with a number of different (famous) luxury brands around the world and are looking to add a Pricing Analyst to the team. The team is made up of 4 others and the role will report directly into the Pricing Manager and Director. The Pricing team sit within finance and will liaise and work very closely with the global marketing teams.
Description
The successful Pricing Analyst will:
- Accurate uploading of prices into the system
- Create and maintain order forms accurately by brand throughout the region to deadline and maintaining customer files
- Support in improving efficiency in billing systems and pricing processes
- Support in improving the control of pricing data and distribution
- Dealing with price claims and price queries
- Collaborate with regional teams to release shipments on hold due to pricing
- Assist the Manager in any ad hoc reports and competitive analysis
- Assist in the establishment and growth of the department through supporting the roll-out of new processes cross functionally
- Develop an extensive understanding of our customers and product assortment to become a point of contact for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service
- Communicate pricing to customers via our order forms and customer specific article forms
- Identify long term system solutions to enable better work flow
- Reporting and analysis for assigned Brands
- Audit of prices in ERP system
- New customer administration
Profile
The successful Pricing Analyst will:
- Have approximately 2-3 years+ of experience as a Pricing Analyst
- Be working for a luxury retail business (highly desirable)
- Have strong analytical and Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Eager to develop and grow
