Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Principal Analyst, where you will play a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of client projects. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge data analysis and insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help develop junior analysts through mentoring and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Handling: Extract, manipulate, validate, and analyze data using batch files and programming tools.
  • Model Building: Develop, validate, and optimize models to calculate sales effects, ROIs, and media strategies.
  • Presentation Creation: Produce insightful and accurate reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Result Interpretation: Translate analytical results into actionable recommendations, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Client Interaction: Manage client communication, deliver results, and build relationships with key contacts.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the work of analysts, provide mentorship, and contribute to their development through training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Drive process improvements, participate in product development, and introduce new training methods.
  • Meetings & Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, lead discussions, and follow up with action plans.
  • Project Management: Ensure timely project delivery by managing resources, task allocation, and maintaining timelines.
  • Business Development: Support client retention and growth through research, business planning, and development initiatives.
