We are seeking for a Project/ Business Process Analyst (LoanIQ) to join the Program, Project & Service Management where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Responsibilities:
- As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted services.
- Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required.
- Expert level of proficiency in Program Project Management is recommended.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize program/project outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project delivery"
- 5yrs LoanIQ experience
We are looking for individuals who have both operations and project management experience with "LoanIQ" software. We want someone who understands what is possible with LoanIQ and can help drive strategy and design with the software. You will need to lead (and teach team members) on LoanIQ, as well as being involved in the implementation of the LoanIQ software so that we can more accurately interpret issues.
