Project Business Support / Business Change Support / Analyst

Our client, within the Insurance Sector, are recruiting for a Project Business Support to assist with the Project Management, Business Change, Business Analysis of an Insurance Systems project.

Role:

Drive or support business change plans, readiness support, implementation actions and post go live support including both hypercare and measuring critical success factors / adoption.

The person who performs this role will work alongside and collaborate with several system business analysts, who typically present the system options that will influence business ways of working and value. They will also work alongside the Applications team to drive document template changes and liaise between the technical and business resources on the options within a document for data population / use of common content.

The candidate will work closely with the Operations teams of different businesses to develop the business change plan for each part of the business.

Experience:

  • Proven experience working across business change projects including mergers, acquisitions, and continual improvement.
  • Proven experience of working across the change life cycle and able to cover off multiple disciplines including business analysis, workstream delivery including implementation support to business users.
  • Proven experience of working in a similar process analyst capacity for an insurance-related organisation which looks at all stages of the policy lifecycle.
  • Experience of Acturis is preferred.
  • Significant business analyst experience in an insurance-related organisation.
  • Proven experience in development of process and procedure manuals and guidance documentation.
  • Knowledge of and practical exposure to the Acturis system would be highly advantageous
  • Experience of being solely responsible for the running of workshops and managing discussions with confidence and leadership.
  • Domain knowledge of general insurance processes.
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality business analysis objectives and meet strict deadlines.
  • Confident and experienced using MS Visio or similar process modelling tools.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of workflow design & Implementation of new workflows.
