We are currently seeking an Interim Junior Project Manager for our Technology Department within the Financial Services industry. The role requires a highly motivated individual, skilled in managing diverse teams and complex projects.

Description
- Oversee and manage multiple projects within the Technology Department.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Implement project standards and strive for process improvement.
- Manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for projects.
- Report on project progress, offering viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
- Sitting in meetings, creating minutes and organising actions.
Profile
A successful Project Manager/PMO Analyst should have:
- Proven experience in project management within the Financial Services industry.
- Proficient in project management software tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Someone who is an organiser and a do-er as there will be a lot of legwork involved. They need to be able to roll their sleeves up and do whatever the workstream requires them to do.
- Has had experience of going through a company acquisition.
- Marketing and internal comms knowledge would be useful.
