We are seeking a Risk Management Expert for a client in the Energy sector, offering a hybrid work model with 1 or 2 days in the office located in the Southeast of England.
Candidates must have prior experience as a Risk Manager and ideally possess knowledge of the Energy industry.
The role involves shaping the risk management framework and supporting the business in effectively managing risks.
A strong understanding of risk management frameworks, such as COSO and ISO 31000, is essential, along with the ability to foster a robust risk culture.
The position offers a competitive salary, and candidates should have significant experience in risk management to qualify.

We are actively recruiting a Risk Management Expert for a client in the Energy sector. This client is rapidly scaling with massive growth plans into 2025/2026, it is a very exciting time to join the business and put your stamp on the company as the Risk Manager.

This is a Hybrid role 1 or 2 days a week in the office in the Southeast of England

Requirements

Must have experience as a Risk Manager
Ideally knowledge/understanding of the Energy industry
Shaping the evolution of our risk management framework
Supporting the business in managing risk effectively
Embedding a strong risk culture
You will have a strong knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g. COSO, ISO 31000), software, and tools.
You will have the ability to build and maintain robust relationships across the business and ensure strong risk culture integration and business engagement.
