- Lead large-scale projects, driving planning across organizational levels to ensure timelines and resources are optimized.
- Establish and manage robust project and program governance structures, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving issues while mitigating risks.
- Deliver executive-level updates on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, and risks.
- Oversee project financial and resource forecasting, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitate business requirements documentation and testing processes.
- Manage project changes, ensuring transparency through consistent reporting.
- Establish and maintain vendor and third-party contracts.
- Solid program management experience, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to manage project documentation, including planning, testing, and risk management.
- Experience with MSP ticketing and alert management systems preferred.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira/Confluence).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), SharePoint Project Site, and Visio.
- Strong expertise in contract and project documentation management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
