Job Specification: Sage Intacct Consultant/Developer
Role Overview
Robert Half have partnered with a leading financial services firm based in London looking for a highly experienced Sage Intacct Consultant/Developer. This is a contract role for a duration of 2-3 months, designed to support the optimisation, enhancement, and customisation of their Sage Intacct platform. The ideal candidate will bring substantial hands-on experience in developing and modifying Sage Intacct systems to meet business requirements and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Customisation and Development:
- Enhance and modify the existing Sage Intacct system to align with business needs.
- Develop custom work flows, reports, dashboards, and system configurations.
- Build and integrate new modules and features as required.
- System Optimisation:
- Assess the current Sage Intacct setup and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimise system performance and ensure robust functionality for financial operations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance and operational teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and training to internal stakeholders on new functionalities.
- Integration and Support:
- Ensure seamless integration with other business systems and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven Expertise:
- Extensive experience as a Sage Intacct consultant or developer, with a focus on system customisation and enhancement.
- Demonstrated ability to build and modify work flows, reports, dashboards, and integration's.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Sage Intacct platform development tools and scripting.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in the financial services sector.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
