Sales Analyst
Location: Central London - Hybrid
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our award-winning client in their London offices. This challenging and varied role involves a blend of data analytics, lead generation support, cross-departmental collaboration, and CRM management. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the commercial team in the analysis of market trends and sales data to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
- Utilise advanced data analytical techniques to provide actionable insights and assist in forecasting sales outcomes and market behaviour.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine lead generation strategies, ensure the consistent flow of high-quality leads, and amplify brand presence.
- Engage with various departments to foster effective communication, ensuring alignment of commercial objectives across the organisation.
- Take charge of CRM system management, including data entry, data integrity, regular updates, and reporting to guarantee accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and sales proposals necessary for executive decision-making and client meetings.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the commercial team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a commercial support or sales analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and CRM software, with an emphasis on detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the capacity to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
