The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. This role involves managing and mentoring a sales team, refining sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the learning and development landscape, a passion for sales, and a track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to drive business growth in line with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing new clients in corporate, government, and educational sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
