- Analyse advertising revenue performance and provide insights on clients, verticals, and countries for senior leadership
- Manage key operational processes, including annual/quarterly planning, pipeline management, and resource planning
- Support ad-hoc operational projects as needed
- Assist with data analysis for regional advertising product priorities
- Communicate regularly with regional peers, sharing updates, risks, and goals
- Help drive go-to-market decisions with market leadership
- 5+ years of experience in management strategy consulting or in a sales planning/operations role
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint (and Google Suite), and handling large datasets
- Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to different audiences
- Strong project management and ability to influence stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment
- MBA or a degree in an analytical field
- Experience in the tech or online advertising industry
- Experience working with diverse communities
