Job Title: Salesforce Business AnalystContract: 6 months (potential for extension)Rate: £550 - £650 per day (Outside IR35)Location: London (Hybrid)

Company Overview

We're partnering with a prominent consultancy firm in London, embarking on a Salesforce transformation programme with their customer to enhance consumer experience and streamline operations. We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a background in insurance or financial services and expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Vlocity Insurance Cloud.

Role Summary

As the Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders to capture and refine business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and ensure alignment across the project. This role is crucial in delivering a platform that meets the firm's operational needs and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
Lead workshops to map and optimise business processes within Salesforce.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.
Act as the point of contact between business users and technical teams.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and lead change management initiatives.
Identify and document opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally within insurance or financial services.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Practical experience with Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) Insurance Cloud.
Excellent documentation skills, including user stories and process maps.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Familiarity with Agile practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Desirable Certifications

Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) Certification (e.g., Platform Developer, CPQ)
