Our client are a global name, and are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst for a quick start.

As the Salesforce Business Analyst you will be instrumental in ensuring a successful implementation of their Salesforce solution, working alongside a dedicated product manager and cross functional project team.

This contract position is Outside IR35, working approximately two days per week in London.

Key responsibilities for the Salesforce Business Analyst include:- Ensure a good understanding of all aspects of CRM project, both technical and non-technical.- Design, develop, document, and test system requirements and changes in accordance with the project plan.- Manage testing and end user training, ensuring training materials are developed and shared.- Work with key stakeholders to ensure that 'To Be' end user processes are appropriate, documented and understood by end users- Plan and manage tasks related to system implementation and process review including responding to risks and changes in the project

Key skills as a Salesforce Business Analyst:- Strong understanding of the principles and processes behind effective data processing and management.- Collaborative worker - able to work closely with leadership and other team including third party implementation partner- Effective relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leaders.- Curious and creative thinker - to create a learning organisation committed to continuous improvement and always striving to do things better.- Ability to document and deliver training materials catering for audience needs- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio (or alternative tools) to capture 'To Be' processes to support change management

JIRA experience is desirable

Salesforce certifications advantageous.
