Salt Recruitment's Local Government team is seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Lead for a contract position with a well-regarded organisation focused on impactful community initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the optimisation of Salesforce systems, enhance user engagement, and drive CRM improvements across key areas.

Key Details:

Contract Duration: Initially until 31st July 2025

Location: Hybrid - 2 days on-site per week

Rate: £210 - £243 per day, inside IR35

Role Overview:

As the Senior Salesforce CRM Lead, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the effective management and improvement of Salesforce operations. Responsibilities include conducting annual IT audits, developing and enforcing data protection protocols, and providing essential technical support. You will also design and deliver training sessions, equipping staff to fully utilise Salesforce capabilities in their daily workflows and community engagement efforts.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing GDPR compliance and data retention protocols within Salesforce

Leading CRM development to enhance stakeholder engagement

Creating and delivering training programmes to build staff proficiency in Salesforce

Desirable Experience:

Public Sector Background: Previous experience in the public sector is highly desirable, as it will help you navigate the unique challenges and compliance requirements within a government-related environment.
