The role: You will beworking across multiple projects that all require process improvement and simplification for business's needs to be strengthened using Six Sigma methodologies. These projects consist of Customer Onboarding/Customer Journey and Client Onboarding.

The skillset we are looking for:

  • Educated to a degree level.
  • Strong experience in business process improvement and simplification (essential).
  • Financial Services experience (essential).
  • Six Sigma qualification (essential).
  • Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to elicit, analyse, document, and manage requirements end-to-end.
  • Experience of working in Agile based projects (SCRUM/KANBAN) with ability to write high quality epics, features, and user stories.
  • Ability to apply a repertoire of business analysis tools and techniques on projects, adapting the approach where required.

Although this is initially an FTC, there is a high chance this will go permanent due to the large volume of work my client can offer.
