Your new companyA boutique Asset management organisation who specialise in investing in charities and public sector organisations is looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst. Your new roleAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely alongside the Project Manager to lead and deliver a variety of business and technology change-focussed initiatives. This will involve elicitation of business requirements, initiating improvements in the current processes and producing project deliverables. The Senior Business Analyst will be required to provide support and guidance and act as a mentor to other Business Analysts with the Projects team. You will also be responsible for managing engagement with third parties and assisting CCLA with change, liaising closely with internal and external Business Analysts, stakeholders and Project Managers. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for utilising their skills to translate information from Subject Matter experts across the business to capture processes, analyse requirements and implement changes. Support the business to understand systems and how they work, closely liaising with vendors to ensure all business requirements are met. What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background gained working within the Asset Management industry. You will have prior experience of mentoring and leading other Business Analysts and have experience of implementing business systems (ie CRM/ Client Portal). Business Analysis qualifications are preferred although not essential.
