Senior Business Analyst - Consumer Duty

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team on an urgent basis, working within the Consumer Duty space.

This for our client who are a leading domestic insurance company. This will be on a long term contract, Inside IR35 and based working out of London, once a week onsite.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst who is comfortable handling complex projects and programs. You will need to be a self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills, capable of managing challenging stakeholders and navigating system complexities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage business analysis activities for complex projects and programs within the Consumer Duty space.- Work closely with various product teams to identify gaps in Management Information (MI) and Data, ensuring all requirements are accurately captured and addressed.- Navigate and manage system complexities across multiple platforms (up to 18 different systems).- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.- Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to drive business improvements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.- Maintain a proactive approach, identifying potential issues and risks before they impact project delivery.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in handling complex projects and programs.- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.- Experience with MI and Data is a priority, with a strong understanding of how to identify and address gaps.- Familiarity with system complexities, preferably across multiple systems.- Background in Insurance or Financial Services (FS) is highly desirable.- Experience working within Consumer Duty space is a plus, but not essential.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Highly motivated, with a hands-on approach and a willingness to dive deep into the details.
