Senior Business Analyst - InsuranceLondon (Hybrid)Permanent£80k, DoESenior Business Analyst required by a reputable Lloyds of London Insurance firm. In this role, you will hone the analysis, validation, and documentation of the Target Operating Model process for new acquisitions and change initiatives.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Finalise Target Operating Model (TOM) evaluations, validations, and documentation for new projects and acquisitions.
  • Examine and record all operational entities' end-to-end processes and collaborate with business stakeholders to find areas where procedures can be improved.
  • Support the Group Company's objectives by recording and preserving the end-to-end perspective of crucial processes that produce pertinent business insights.
  • Participate in the ongoing enhancement of business analysis techniques and procedures.
  Skills Required:
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the insurance market.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools
  • Expertise in using data analysis tools and methods (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) to extract and display insights.
  • Proven ability to analyse and record business requirements.
  • Experience in leading workshops, meetings, and collaborative sessions.
  • Proven ability to identify process flaws at their core using root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Management experience
