Join Reed Professional Services, a leading Management Consultancy and technology services provider, as a Senior Business Analyst. This role involves working with the expanding Technology team, a prestigious company with a rich history and a critical role in the UK's postal services. This project focuses on supporting the Windsor Framework, tracking regulatory movements of parcels in Northern Ireland.

Day-to-day of the role:

Define and deliver business solutions within the client's Technology function.
Quickly adapt to and manage fast-paced project requirements.
Engage in requirements gathering, process mapping, and producing requirements specifications for supplier bids and tenders.
Work closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams to facilitate successful outcomes.
Manage vendor/supplier relationships in a multi-supplier environment.
Ensure project deliverables meet cost, time, and quality parameters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large, complex organisations.
Experience with customs/regulatory projects highly beneficial.
Strong stakeholder management skills; able to operate at both detailed technical and summary business levels.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proficient in business process modelling using UML/BPMN.
Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability in vendor/supplier management within a multi-supplier context.
Technical/data competency and understanding of software integration and data mapping.

Desirable:

Previous experience with similar large logistics companies.
Consultancy background.
