Senior Business Analyst (Rail Industry) | Contract | £450/day Outside IR35 | Central London | 2 days on-site

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who has previously worked within the rail industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders at all levels to elicit, document, and ensure full understanding of business requirements/objectives, analysing existing processes, systems, & data to identify opportunities for improvement, produce business cases, user stories, process maps, & functional specifications, facilitate requirements workshops, and provide support during project implementation including testing & validation of solutions.

Required Experience:

5+ years as a Business Analyst within professional environments
Prior experience within the rail industry is essential
Digital Transformation experience
Extensive requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation experience
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent Business Analysis tools experience including flowcharting, use case development, and data modelling as well as Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
