We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to support our retail banking systems and drive our ambitious projects forward.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the analysis and design of retail banking systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

- Gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and product management, to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Perform detailed analysis of existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Support project management activities, including planning, risk management, and progress tracking.

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to engage stakeholders and ensure effective communication.

- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the retail banking sector.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- Strong understanding of retail banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as UML, BPMN, and Agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with core banking systems and digital transformation initiatives.

- Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance.

- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Agile Scrum Master.
