Through its commitment to exceptional education, impactful research and genuine service to society, they are creating positive change in our communities, both in London and on the world stage. Key to achieving this ambition is the Transformation Office, leading initiatives and managing programmes that redefine the University’s future.

This is a truly exciting opportunity for seasoned Senior Change Managers to join the University’s newly formed Change Management Team and play an instrumental role in delivering transformational initiatives. As part of the Transformation Office, you will drive organisational change, aligning with King’s strategic goals and values, ensuring smooth transitions, and empowering individuals across the University to embrace change with confidence and enthusiasm.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to craft and execute tailored change management strategies. You’ll engage teams across the University, guiding them through the complexities of change with compassion and clarity. Moreover, you’ll have the opportunity to lead by example, championing a culture of change management excellence through coaching, training, and consultancy, and strengthening the Transformation Network to create a lasting impact across the institution.

We’re looking for individuals with a proven history of successfully leading large-scale transformations within dynamic, complex environments. Your leadership will not only inspire and engage stakeholders but will leave a long-lasting imprint on the future of the University. You’ll bring expert knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and a deep passion for shaping the future of an institution that’s committed to excellence and global impact.

If you're ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the world’s most prestigious institutions, we’d love to hear from you.
