Successful applicants will have experience of working in a public affairs agency, a keen understanding of the political landscape and the ability to effectively communicate complex issues to various stakeholders.

Description
- Client and account management
- Develop and implement strategies to shape public policy and regulations.
- Engage with key stakeholders to communicate complex issues effectively.
- Monitor and analyse policy developments and political trends.
- Represent the company at policy meetings and forums.
- Build strong relationships with policymakers.
- Prepare policy briefings and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of policy and business strategies.
- Manage and mentor junior members of the team.
Profile
A successful Account Director - Public Affairs should have:
- Previous experience of working at a public affairs agency.
- A strong understanding of the political landscape and policy-making process.
- Strong communication skills to effectively relay complex issues.
- The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Pre-existing relationships with senior members cross-party will be helpful.
- Experience in developing and implementing policy strategies.
- Demonstrable leadership and mentoring abilities.
