We are looking for experienced leaders within the Performance Attribution space, who are keen to take on an existing team within a market-leading Investment Manager.

Must have:

- Equities & Fixed Income experience

- Performance Attribution well covered

- Understanding of Risk Metrics and able to liaise with internal key stakeholders (Desks, Risk etc.)

- Proven leadership experience of a larger team with track record of success

What you'll do:

As a Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our client's business. You will be responsible for developing operational plans that align with the company's short- and long-term strategies. Your expertise in performance analysis will be crucial in providing insightful reporting across various investment portfolios. You will also serve as a senior subject matter expert, handling complex performance-related queries. Leading a dedicated team, you will ensure the production and presentation of accurate performance measurements. Furthermore, your collaborative skills will be put to good use as you work alongside internal and external partners to support global performance analysis teams.

The ideal candidate for the Performance Manager role brings extensive experience within an investment and performance analytics environment. You have a practical understanding of performance methodologies & attribution methodologies. Your knowledge extends to market data indices (S&P/ASX, MSCI, etc.), characteristics (dividend yield, PE ratio, duration, etc.), and classification schemes (GICS, BICS, etc.). You understand ex-ante risk reporting principles and have a strong practical understanding of various asset classes and instrument types. With a minimum of 5-10 years aligned work experience and an undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience, you are ready to take on this challenging role. Your excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivation skills will be key in leading your team to success.
