Senior Performance Analyst SEND

Southwark

£28 per hour(umbrella)

Full Time Contract (3 Months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Senior Performance Analyst in Southwark. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

  • Managing the data collection/storage and analysis of intelligence about organisation's Children with Special Educational Needs
  • Lead on the integration of this data and migration to a new software for data capture
  • Manage the production of analytical products for Children and Families to support strategic planning and commissioning
  • Manage compliance activities as required across the Children and Families Division
  • Lead on the completion and submission of assigned statutory returns working with stakeholders in the Children and Families Division

The candidate:

  • Extensive experience of IT Systems/database set up, to migrate data and set out data processes and training for business process and statutory returns around SEND information.
  • Strong experience with the SEN2 statutory data collection.
  • Expert knowledge of reporting tools and visualisation software to extract and manipulate data and make data easy to use and interpret. For example, SQL and Power BI.
  • Experience working in a similar role for a local authority is desirable
