Cedar is recruiting a Senior Portfolio Analyst to join a Central Government organisation in the South East of England for an 18 month period. The successful candidate will carry out various analysis and evaluations to identify potential risks, opportunities and improvements and collaborate with PMO Leads to achieve mutual objectives.

Rate: £400 - £500 per day (Inside IR35)

Location: South East

Hybrid Pattern: 3 days on site per week

Contract Length: 18 months

Responsibilities

  • Analyse portfolio data to identify discrepancies, trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Spearhead reporting from programme and projects and make recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Track interdependencies across the organisation.
  • Develop predictive analysis to optimise project performance.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist PMO Service Leads to achieve organisational goals.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience within a Central Government organisation.
  • Minimum of 1 years Power BI and development experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft package.
  • Must be willing and eligible to undergo DV clearance.
