Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Business Change team, managing a transformation programme to implement a new target operating model. You'll oversee key areas such as Trade Processing, Derivatives, Pricing, Reconciliations, Cash Management, and Client Reporting, while leading both business SME and business analysis teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the workstream of a transformation programme, including project phases, design, governance, and planning.
- Lead multiple streams covering both business and technology change.
- Drive stakeholder actions and ensure alignment with strategy and vision.
- Ensure best practices, audit compliance, and risk management.
- Provide management reporting across the project.
- Ensure seamless integration of client reporting within the new operating model.
Skillset and Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Investment Management
- Strong knowledge of investment management Middle Office functions.
- Expertise in client reporting and its integration into transformation programmes.
- Expertise in Agile/iterative delivery methodologies and PRINCE2 or other formal methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing successful projects/programmes.
- Strong understanding of IT software and infrastructure.
