- Facilitate discovery and requirements workshops, gather and document requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, and process maps
- Translate business problems into solutions
- Perform or manage data migration activities
- Effectively manage projects, producing status reports, managing risk and issues and managing project budgets
- Hands-on configuration and build, leverage out-of-the-box configuration capabilities as well as oversee and take part in the design and build of custom solutions
- Lead testing efforts including unit, system and UAT
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure that solutions are delivering business value
- Track record of successful Salesforce solution/project delivery
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to guide, coach and manage more junior team members
- A can-do, proactive attitude and happy to wear different hats on different projects
- Strong functional skills spanning requirements capture, analysis, project management and stakeholder engagement
- Hands-on technical skills or at least a very strong understanding of Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Lightning Web Components
- A good understanding of query languages such as SQL and SOQL is also desirable but not essential
