They are seeking a Cloud Solutions Consultant with strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of Customer & Digital Experience solutions, and the ability to operate across multiple regions, including the UK&I, Middle East, and Africa. In this role, the consultant will collaborate closely with the Sales team to guide deals from inception to closure, coordinate internal resources related to solutions, and establish themselves as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technology solutions for their business challenges. Additionally, they will participate in activities such as pipeline generation, events, and conferences, as well as invest time in enabling themselves and others.
What they're looking for:
- A solid background in Customer Experience across data, content, marketing automation, and other related technologies.
- Experience working within the technology sector in the UK&I, Middle East & Africa, with an existing network in these regions being a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Strong business and technology discovery skills, with the ability to listen, assess, analyse, and resolve problems effectively.
- Ability to design comprehensive solutions using digital experience technologies that align with customer goals and deliver tangible value.
- Experience in leading an internal team of specialists to bring solutions to life for customers.
- Proven track record as a trusted advisor to customers, with the ability to clearly articulate the business value provided by technology solutions.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and training new starters and junior team members.
- A successful history of resolving customer challenges and ensuring satisfaction.
- Expertise as a subject matter expert on CX solutions, with the ability to communicate their value and benefits to clients effectively.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written), with an ability to tell compelling stories.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate internal resources throughout the deal cycle.
- Knowledge of effective sales and demonstration methodologies.
- A proven history of achieving sales quotas or customer success metrics.
- Experience as a self-motivated, collaborative, and accountable professional, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- A proactive approach to driving change and innovation for both customers and within the organisation.
- A continuous learning mindset, staying up to date with the latest product releases and industry trends.
