An innovative SaaS company is looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to support enterprise customers in transforming their customer service operations. This role is ideal for a technical pre-sales professional with expertise in ServiceNow, CRM platforms, and cloud-based solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with sales teams, providing technical pre-sales consultancy, demonstrating product capabilities, and supporting enterprise customers in evaluating and adopting cloud-based solutions. You will play a key role in showcasing how the company’s platform enhances customer and employee experiences, improves efficiency, and integrates with leading CRMs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside Account Executives to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing ServiceNow and CRM integrations.
  • Support technical evaluations, including RFP responses, Proof of Concept (PoC), and Proof of Value (PoV) engagements.
  • Provide insights into cloud architecture, APIs, and AI-driven customer experience solutions.
  • Stay up to date with product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, and presentations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles within a SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience in a sales or technical capacity (certifications such as ServiceNow Administrator, Implementation Specialist, ITSM, or CSM are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of cloud software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to support enterprise-level sales cycles and work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% across Europe and to the London office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM solutions such as Salesforce or SAP.
  • Strong background in contact center technologies, AI, and voice solutions.
  • Experience with speech analytics, voice bots, NLU, IVR, and AI-driven automation.
