Our client, a Tier 1 investment bank, is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to lead strategic initiatives across multiple sectors of the bank.
The role involves collaborating with senior leaders from finance, COO, HR, and strategy teams to identify key issues and drive impactful business strategies.
Candidates should have an MBB background and proven experience in stakeholder management, as well as leadership experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to track progress against KPIs while managing key stakeholders.
The role offers a competitive salary, and candidates are expected to have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

What You'll Do:

Lead strategic projects and assess long-term opportunities across various sectors of the bank.
Work closely with senior leadership on strategic reviews and decision-making.
Manage key stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategic direction and financial performance.
Track progress against KPIs and communicate insights across teams.

Skillset and Experience:

MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) background and proven experience in stakeholder management.
Strong ability to identify issues and provide actionable recommendations.
Leadership experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with experience working with senior leaders.
