Protiviti are seeking an experienced Interim ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead a ServiceNow implementation for a global Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) client. This is a critical role, requiring someone with a strong background in both Business Analysis and Product Ownership to drive the successful deployment and adoption of ServiceNow within the organisation.

As part of this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across IT, HR, procurement and finance to ensure that the ServiceNow platform aligns with the client's goals and delivers value across its global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ServiceNow implementation: Oversee the end-to-end process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and prioritise business needs, translating them into detailed requirements for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Product Ownership: Own the product backlog, prioritising features and enhancements to maximise value delivered through the platform.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and customisations that meet business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate testing and sign-off on new functionality and features, ensuring that they meet business expectations.
  • Change Management & Training: Support the rollout of the ServiceNow platform by working on user training materials and assisting in change management activities.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Assist with post-go-live issues, providing guidance and ensuring continuous improvement of the platform.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience with ServiceNow implementations, including configuration, workflows, and custom development.
  • Business Analysis & Product Ownership: Strong experience in gathering requirements, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs.
  • Experience working with global organisations and on global scale projects is essential.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
