This is an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Consultant to join an industry leading aviation software company. This role sits within the Professional Services team and it’s purpose is to enhance client success, engagement and delivery. This role demands a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and the ability to devise strategic solutions that align with client objectives.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in customising products and offerings to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring optimal integration and sustained partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to capture their business objectives and technical needs, offering strategic insights into how solutions can resolve their issues.
- Custom Solutions Development: Develop bespoke solutions that effectively address client challenges, ensuring compatibility with their technology ecosystem.
- Demonstrations and Training: Lead demonstrations and educational workshops to illustrate the benefits of solutions to all stakeholders.
- Technical Guidance: Act as the primary technical expert on products, addressing any client queries during and after the sales process.
- Collaborative Projects: Coordinate with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of solutions.
- Client Onboarding and Support: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring clients are successfully integrated and fully trained.
- Enhancement and Adaptation: Gather feedback from clients to continuously refine the products and stay informed on industry trends to enhance client discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Aviation, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sectors like aviation, asset management, or MRO, with a strong emphasis on understanding and solving industry-specific challenges.
- Technical Acumen: A solid grasp of digital asset management, compliance, or SaaS platforms. Experience with CRM and project management tools is beneficial.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the capability to develop innovative solutions that align with client needs.
- Communication: Excellent communication abilities, adept at engaging diverse audiences.
- Client-Centric Approach: A proactive mindset focused on understanding and fulfilling client requirements.
