Are you ready to take on a leadership role in the dynamic world of investment banking? We are seeking an experienced Stream Lead to join our team and drive success in Front Office, Trading Venue Inventory, and Venue Management.

London City ( 1 day per week on-site)

Daily rate open to discussionAbout the RoleAs a Stream Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering key initiatives for our trading operations. With direct oversight of three skilled Business Analysts, you will ensure seamless collaboration between front office functions and trading venues, driving strategic outcomes that enhance performance and efficiency.Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end processes in trading venue inventory and venue management.
Act as the primary interface between the front office and trading venues, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring optimal operational outcomes.
Manage and mentor a team of three Business Analysts, ensuring clear direction, professional growth, and alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to define requirements, identify opportunities, and implement innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies across all trading activities.
Develop and execute strategies to optimise trading venue selection, cost management, and execution performance.

What We're Looking For

Proven expertise in Front Office Operations and Trading Venue Management, with a strong understanding of trading systems, market structure, and financial products.
Leadership experience, including managing teams and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering measurable results.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to trading venues and financial markets.
