Technical Business Analyst - Defence & Intelligence
Location: Bristol, London, or Manchester (Office-Based)
Salary: 75,000 - 85,000 per annum
Clearance Requirement: DV Cleared (must have active clearance to start)

Our client, a leading global defence organisation, is urgently seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-profile, dynamic environment where you will play a crucial role in shaping and improving technology operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Business Analyst background with experience in Technology Operations or IT Service Management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL service improvement and DevOps product management.
  • Experience in managing transformational roadmaps and strategy development.
  • DV Clearance is essential to start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for CIOs and departments aiming to transform their ways of working, focusing on customer and employee experience, agile methodologies, and cloud solutions.
  • Provide strategic advisory and delivery expertise.
  • Support in structuring, assuring, managing, delivering, or setting up solutions.
  • Offer Business Analysis expertise to various stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Lead Operating Model design and process re-design, ensuring optimisation and lean practices.
  • Oversee delivery management, IT operations, and requirements elicitation.
  • Conduct value stream mapping and implement IT Service Management (ITIL) best practices.
  • Act as a Product Owner/Manager within a Product-Centric operating model.
