What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Acting as a technical reference point for complex cases and client strategies
  • Working alongside advisers and compliance to uphold best practice across the advice process
  • Driving process improvements and supporting adviser development through structured feedback
  • Contributing to product, provider, and market research
  • Helping shape the paraplanning team’s structure and recruitment as the firm continues to scale

What You’ll Bring:
