What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and mentoring a team of paraplanners to ensure high-quality, compliant advice support
- Overseeing the production of suitability reports across pensions, investments, tax, IHT and protection planning
- Acting as a technical reference point for complex cases and client strategies
- Working alongside advisers and compliance to uphold best practice across the advice process
- Driving process improvements and supporting adviser development through structured feedback
- Contributing to product, provider, and market research
- Helping shape the paraplanning team’s structure and recruitment as the firm continues to scale
What You’ll Bring:
- Chartered Financial Planner status (CII) or equivalent Level 6 qualification
- Proven experience in a senior or lead paraplanner role within an IFA or wealth management environment
- Deep technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax-efficient strategies
- Passion for accuracy, detail, and high-quality report writing
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members
- Confidence to challenge, innovate, and contribute to a collaborative advice process
